I’m Miguel Garcia — a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and Obesity Medicine Specialist with over 16 years of experience in healthcare. I founded Legend Elevate on a simple belief: real transformation goes beyond medication. It requires a personalized strategy that combines medical expertise, nutrition, fitness, hormone optimization, and accountability.
My background spans emergency medicine, primary care, and hospital medicine. I started my career in a Level I Trauma ED and went on to practice as an Emergency Room NP for 7 years before shifting my focus to preventative medicine and metabolic health. I hold an advanced certification in obesity management through the Obesity Medicine Association, and I’m also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
I’ve helped over 300 clients lose weight, improve their metabolic health, and build habits that actually last.

Nicole keeps Legend Elevate running. Currently in her second year of Physician Assistant school, she brings clinical insight and operational precision to everything she touches — from patient coordination to behind-the-scenes logistics.
Her dedication to the practice and passion for healthcare make her an essential part of the Legend team.
Meet Lauren
Lauren Rudolph
Registered DIetitian
Lauren, a Registered Dietitian with a strong foundation in clinical nutrition. She earned her Master’s degree in Dietetics from St. Elizabeth’s University and her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Rutgers University.
Her passion for nutrition became personal after being diagnosed with celiac disease, which ultimately shaped her career path. That experience gave her a deeper understanding of how powerful food can be in improving health and quality of life.
She is passionate about helping individuals discover what works best for their bodies. Her goal is to simplify nutrition, provide practical guidance, and empower you to build sustainable habits that support your health and well-being.
Meet Laura
Laura De Nóbrega Office Assistant, Legend Elevate
Laura is a key part of the Legend Elevate team, bringing fresh energy and sharp organizational skills to our front office. She recently completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Suffolk University, and she applies that foundation directly to supporting our day-to-day operations and client communication. Detail-oriented and driven, Laura ensures every patient interaction is seamless from first contact to follow-up.
