I’m Miguel — a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in medicine, and a deep passion for helping people feel their best from the inside out.

I’m also a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and hold a certificate in obesity management from the Obesity Medicine Association. Through my program and philosophy, I’ve helped over 150 clients transform their health, lose weight, and regain confidence — not just with prescriptions, but with a holistic, sustainable strategy.

Nicole is the powerhouse behind the scenes at Legend Elevate. Currently in her second year of Physician Assistant school at Rutgers University, she brings both clinical insight and operational excellence to the team.

As our office manager, Nicole ensures every detail runs smoothly—from patient coordination to behind-the-scenes logistics—so that our clients receive the highest level of care. Her dedication, sharp intuition, and passion for health make her an essential part of the Legend family.
