Who is hormone optimization for?

Getting started is simple. You can book a consultation directly through our website at legendelevate.com or call us at (845) 390-2858. During your first visit we will review your health history, goals, and lab work to build a personalized plan.

Your first visit is a comprehensive consultation with Miguel Garcia, APN-BC. We review your medical history, current symptoms, goals, and any relevant lab work. From there we develop a customized treatment plan tailored specifically to you — whether that's weight management, hormone optimization, peptides, or a combination of services.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes, we offer virtual consultations for select services. Contact us at info@legendelevate.com or call (845) 390-2858 to find out if your visit qualifies.

Weight Management

Yes. At Legend Elevate we prescribe GLP-1 receptor agonist medications as part of a comprehensive, medically supervised weight management program. GLP-1 medications work by regulating appetite and blood sugar levels, helping patients achieve sustainable weight loss when combined with proper nutrition, lifestyle changes, and ongoing medical oversight. During your consultation, Miguel Garcia, APN-BC will evaluate your health history, goals, and lab work to determine if a GLP-1 medication is the right fit for you.

No. Medication is one tool, not the whole strategy. Our weight management program combines medical treatment with nutrition guidance, fitness coaching, metabolic assessment, and ongoing accountability. We use the Everfit app to track food intake and daily steps so we can monitor progress and adjust your plan in real time.

Results vary based on individual health history, consistency, and adherence to the program. Our patients across Rockland County and North Bergen have achieved meaningful, sustainable weight loss by following a structured plan that addresses the root causes of weight gain — not just the symptoms.

Yes. Lab work helps us understand your metabolic health, hormone levels, and any underlying conditions that may be affecting your weight. We will guide you through what labs are needed during your initial consultation.

Hormone Optimization

What is hormone optimization?

Hormone optimization is the process of identifying and correcting hormonal imbalances that affect energy, mood, body composition, libido, and overall performance. At Legend Elevate we use evidence-based protocols to restore optimal hormone levels — helping patients feel and perform at their best.

Hormone optimization is for men and women experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance such as fatigue, low libido, brain fog, mood changes, difficulty losing weight, or declining muscle mass. It is especially common in adults over 30 whose hormone levels naturally begin to decline.
