How the Program Works
Step 1: Initial Medical Evaluation
Your journey begins with a one-on-one medical consultation, either in person or virtual.
During this visit, we take a comprehensive look at your health and weight-loss goals. We review:
Medical history and current medications
Recent or prior blood work
Lifestyle factors including nutrition, sleep, stress, and activity level
Previous weight-loss attempts and barriers to success
Using this information, we identify medical or metabolic factors that may be affecting your ability to lose weight. When appropriate, we may recommend supplements or additional support to optimize your results and overall health.
Step 2: Styku 3D Body Scan (Optional)
After your initial evaluation, we perform a Styku 3D body scan to establish a detailed baseline.
This scan provides:
Body composition analysis
Measurements and visual progress tracking
Objective data to monitor changes over time
The Styku scan allows us to track progress beyond the scale and adjust your plan based on real, measurable changes.
Step 3: Nutrition & Fitness Coaching (Everfit App)
You will then begin personalized nutrition and fitness coaching through the Everfit app, with ongoing guidance from our coaching team.
Nutrition Coaching Includes:
One-on-one nutritionist evaluation
Personalized nutrition guidance based on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle
Ongoing check-ins and adjustments to support sustainable weight loss
Fitness Coaching Includes:
Customized workout recommendations based on your experience level
Home or gym-based options
Progress tracking and accountability through the app
The Everfit platform allows us to provide continuous support, monitor your progress, and make real-time adjustments to keep you moving forward.

Insurance & Payment Information
We operate as a hybrid practice.
Medications:
Insurance may be used for prescription medications only when eligible and approved by your insurance plan.
Visits & Clinical Services:
All evaluations, consultations, follow-ups, medical decision-making, and care coordination are self-pay (cash-pay) services and are not billed to insurance.
This model allows us to provide longer visits, personalized treatment plans, and consistent support without insurance restrictions.

Any copays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket medication costs are determined by your insurance plan.
